To participate in the tournament, players must fulfill the following two conditions:
- Submission of the official registration form located at the bottom of this page.
- Payment of the corresponding entry fee.
Payment Information
Payment must be made via bank transfer (cash payments will not be accepted) to the following account: IBAN: ES34 2095 0087 76 2087 0061 77
When processing the transfer, please clearly state your full name in the reference field. To be officially included in the list of registered participants, the transfer must be verified by the organization.
Entry Fees
- General Fee: €50
- Sestao Chess Club (C.A.S.) Members: €30
- Titled Players & FIDE Elo > 2300 (September 2026 List): Free
Group Discount: A €5 discount per participant will be applied to clubs registering groups of more than 10 players. This discount will be refunded in cash to each player upon completion of the tournament, provided they have played at least 50% of their scheduled matches.
Terms and Conditions
The tournament organization reserves the right of admission and the authority to disqualify any participant who exhibits disruptive behavior or fails to comply with official organizational decisions.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Deadline: Players may contact the organization to request a refund of the entry fee until August 20, 2026.
